We are from the small fishing village of Matheson Island Manitoba. Nestled at the mouth of the North Basin of Lake Winnipeg, we often catch our fish in the pristine cool waters just off our front step. As sixth-generation fishers with over 30 years of experience, we pride ourselves on serving only the freshest hand filleted fish to our customers.
