Our best seller is the classic Walley (Manitoba Pickerel) Fillet. All of our Walleye is hand filleted and frozen fresh in one pound vacuum sealed packages. This process keeps our product fresh for over six months in your freezer.
Walleye is known for its fine flakiness and sweet flavor. Its texture is firm yet delicate with low levels of fishiness and a buttery mouth feel. Enjoy it covered in flour and pan fried or mix in panko breadcrumbs for a light and crispy finish.
